Call to order
The meeting was called to order at 6pm by the town hall moderator.
- Roll call
The town hall moderator called the roll and noted that 10 people were present.
- Approval of previous minutes
The previous meeting’s minutes were read by the town hall moderator, and after some discussion, they were approved by the attendees.
- Old business
The town hall moderator asked if there was any old business to discuss. There were no items of old business raised.
- New business
a. The town hall moderator opened up the floor for new business. The first topic was the upcoming school bond. Attendees had the opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions. After a thorough discussion, a motion was made to support the school bond. The motion was carried.
b. The next topic was the need for a new library. Attendees discussed the benefits of a new library, as well as potential funding options. A committee was formed to investigate the feasibility of a new library.
c. The final topic was the proposed construction of a new housing development on the outskirts of town. Attendees discussed the potential impact on the town’s infrastructure and resources. After a lengthy discussion, it was decided that a town meeting would be held in the near future to discuss the matter further.

The town hall moderator opened up the floor to attendees for any additional comments or concerns. Several attendees voiced their concerns about the lack of sidewalks and streetlights in certain areas of town. The town hall moderator assured the attendees that this issue would be investigated and addressed.
